NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 28-02-2019 Defect has been pointed out by the office that 4 petitioners have joined hands and preferred the present writ application, but it has been pointed out by the petitioners that since the relief prayed for is similar and 4 sets of court-fees for each of the petitioner has been filed, the defect as pointed out by the office be ignored. Considering that the reliefs prayed for by the petitioners is similar, defect as pointed by the office is ignored. The matter is then taken up on merits for final disposal.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and

Patna High Court CWJC No.3865 of 2019(2) dt.28-02-2019 2/2 learned counsel appearing for Lalit Narayan Mithila University, Darbhanga (hereinafter referred to as the University).

3. Petitioners, 4 in number, have preferred this writ application for grant of earned leave, GIC, revised arrears of difference of salary and other reliefs but now he submits that all other dues have been paid except GIC which they have not received as per their entitlement.

4. Considering the nature of prayer made by the petitioner, let each of the four petitioners file a detailed representation before the Registrar of the L. N. Mithila University, Respondent No. 2 which will be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. If the entitlement of the petitioners is found correct, the same shall be released within a period of two months thereafter. If certain amounts are found inadmissible, the same shall be communicated to each of the petitioners by a speaking order sent through registered post.
