The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jamhore P.S. case No. 9 of 2016 under Section 341, 323, 308, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant is own brother of petitioner No.1, Rampati Singh, and petitioners No. 2 to 4 are sons of petitioner No.1. The informant alleged that on account of dispute with regard to woods the petitioners assaulted him and his elder brother. It appears that the injuries on the person of informant are simple in nature.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19515 of 2016 (3) dt.18-07-2016 2/2 occurrence took place on account of petty dispute among the brothers, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Jamhore P.S. Case No. 09 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
