JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2018 Though counter affidavits have been filed on behalf of Respondent No.1, the Union of India and Respondent No.2, the Dental Council of India respectively, but learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application filed with a prayer to issue a writ of quo warranto against Respondent No.3, Dr. Anil Kumar Chandana as he is holding a public office without legal authority since his appointment as the member of DCI has not been made in accordance with law.
