2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 401/2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103, 238 of the B.N.S.

3. As per prosecution story, informant alleged that his son was shot dead by some unknown persons and dead body was thrown in a drainage.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The name of the petitioner transpired in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused Anil Kumar. Except confessional statement, there is nothing on record to connect the petitioner with the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., IV, Patna City, in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 401/2025.
