No.2, Sitamarhi in Pupri P.S.Case No. 10 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 445 of 2016 whereby the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking discharge from the case has been rejected.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to take all the points available to the petitioner at the stage of final argument.
