2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dhangoi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 lodged on 12.04.2024 under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against four named accused persons including the present petitioner against whom there is an allegation that he was driving stolen motorcycle

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel further submits that the criminal antecedent of the petitioner is not clean and there is one case pending against him in which he

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named be granted bail after framing of charge, if the charge is not framed yet and as well as on being satisfied by the Trial Court that the petitioner is not absconding in Gopalpur P.S. Case No. 354 of 2021 and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Ara Bhojpur in connection with Dhangoi P.S. Case No. 27 of 2024 subject to the condition laid down under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
