Petitioner is accused in connection with Bairganiya P.S. Case No. 237 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 386, 387 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the name of petitioner has come mere on suspicion and the Police remanded the petitioner in the present case from Majorganj P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 on 05.01.2016 and since then he is in custody. While the informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing them again but the petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. It is also submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19649 of 2016 (2) dt.10-05-2016 2/2 the petitioner.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Sitamarhi in connection with Bairganiya P.S. Case No.237 of 2015. Out of two sureties, one surety must be parents or close relatives of the petitioner.
