JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 14-08-2018 The writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents particularly, the Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur at Ara to forward the last pay certificate of the petitioner to the Executive Engineer, Rural Works Department, Works Division, Bhojpur so that his salary may be released, which is pending with effect from 06.07.2011.

It is unfortunate that despite lapse of more than 2 and half years no counter affidavit is filed. Mr. Mandanjeet Kumar, G.P.20 on instructions informs that there are outstandings against the petitioner which needs to be accounted for. He also informs that the Deputy Development Commissioner would be the proper authority to

Having considered the submission and in the nature of grievance so raised, let the respondent No.7 District Development Commissioner, Bhojpur consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of with the direction aforementioned.
