JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 04-02-2019 The petitioner prays for the following reliefs: (i) For a direction to the respondents concerned specially Director, Central Investigation Bureau, or Director, Vigilance Bureau to enquire into the matter after lodging F.I.R. about the financial irregularity, misappropriation loot of Government money about Rs.50,00,000/- under Govt. aid to M.V.R.D. Inter Evening College, Amnour, Saran.

(ii) Also for directing the respondents to enquire into the matter how many forged teaching and non-teaching staffs are still continuing and got the Govt. aid money. (iii) Also for directing the respondents to initiate proceeding under Bihar and Orissa Public Demand Recovery Act

Patna High Court CWJC No.1942 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 to recover the salary/ remuneration who have been appointed on non-sanctioned post in M.V.R.D. Inter Evening College, Amanour, Saran in which entire aid have been distributed among a solitary family members of Secretary cum Principal of said college. (iv) And also for necessary relief/reliefs, order/orders, direction/directions for which the petitioner will be entitled in the law as well as in the facts of the case. Having heard Mr. Dhananjay Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Lalit Kishore, the Advocate General for the State we grant liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before the appropriate authority in the Human Resources Development Department and it goes without saying that if any such application is filed, the same would be considered and disposed of by the concerned authority in accordance with law, within three months of its filing, by a speaking order.
