3. Since the question raised by these petitioners are identical in nature as well as the relief, which was prayed for in a writ application, decided in the case of Dr. Kedar Nath Pandey, which was CWJC No. 7636 of 20914, decided on 15.01.2015, the present writ application is also allowed.

4. Annexure-10 series and Annexure-13 series, which are orders of Pay Verification Cell, Department of Education, Government of Bihar, stand quashed.

5. Writ application is allowed with a direction upon the respondent authorities that they will act in accordance with the direction issued by this Court in Dr. Kedar Nath Pandey's case.
