Case No. 39 of 2014 dated 8.2.2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A read with 34, 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that during pendency of the case, the police have already submitted charge sheet in the Court.
