====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ekma P.S.Case no. 44 of 2014 instituted under Sections 147, 406, 364, 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation made in the complaint is that he send the son of the informant for employment. The informant further alleged that he received a telephone from Ambala and he called from his telephone that he was confined by the accused persons who demanded Rs. 1,50,000/- for his release.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim boy has not named the peittioner. Other co-accused has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.58519 of 2015 (3) dt.17-03-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail by the court below vide Annexure 2 to the petition.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the peittioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Ekma P.S.Case no 44 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
