JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 27-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Town P.S.Case No. 136 of 2018 registered under Sections 398A and 365/34 of the Indian penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Allegation against the petitioners is of harassing the informant with respect to demand of dowry.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that case has been compromised and he has stated the same in para-7 of the application and in pursuance to that husband of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11862 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 informant has been granted anticipatory bail and petitioners are family members.

Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
