This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34898 of 2020, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. This Court is satisfied with the reasons mentioned in this modification application. Accordingly, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 22.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34898 of 2020, is hereby extended by ten weeks from today.
