2. The present writ application has been filed for commanding the respondents to appoint the petitioner on compassionate ground in Madarsa Faizul Uloom Pakridayal as his father died in harness on 05.12.2013 while working as an Assistant Teacher (Alim) in Madarsa Faizul Uloom, Pakridayal, District- East Champaran (Madarsa No. 758).
3. In view of the limited nature of prayer, this writ
Patna High Court CWJC No.13134 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh representation before the Managing Committee of the Madarsa Islamia Faizul Uloom, Pakridayal, P.S.- Pakridayal, District- East Champaran (Respondent No. 6) along with all the necessary documents and details in support of his claim within a period of four weeks from today.
4. In the event the petitioner files his representation within the stipulated period, the Managing Committee of the Madarsa Islamia Faizul Uloom, Pakridayal, P.S.- Pakridayal, District- East Champaran (Respondent No. 6) shall dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation.
