Petitioner is in custody in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 440 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and subsequently section 411 of the IPC was added.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner to connect the petitioner in the commission of crime.

The petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.6.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal

No.58374 of 2019(2) dt.19-09-2019 2/2 antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 440 of 2019.
