The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 (i) (x) of SC/ST Act. It is contended that the petitioners have falsely implicated in this case due to dispute of keeping cattle on a vacant land situated in between the house of the petitioners and the informant. It is highly improbable that the petitioners will call upon the informant and take him besides the river and, thereafter, assault and insult him. It is further contended that it is nowhere stated in the FIR that the assault or insult was in a public view. It is further

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Sudhir Mehta @ Sudheer Mehta, Pankaj Mehta and Mithun Kushwaha @ Mithun Kshuwaha be released on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Mali P.S. Case No.46/2015, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section (2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
