It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statements, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, co-accused namely, Bijendra Yadav @ Bhinda, in whose confessional statement, the name of this petitioner surfaced, has already been granted privilege of bail.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Parasbigha P.S.
