The present MJC has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 10197 of 2014 by which the writ petition was allowed but the petitioner was directed to appear before the Director of Consolidation , Bihar, Patna within a period of one month from the date of order with a certified copy of the present order whereupon the respondentDirector of Consolidation shall fix a date for proceeding in the matter and decide the Consolidation revision case afresh strictly in accordance with law.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner could not get information about the order within one month. The petitioner obtained the certified copy of the order after the prescribed period and appeared before the Director of

Patna High Court MJC No.2020 of 2017 (5) dt.26-07-2018 2/2 Consolidation but the Director of Consolidation refused to hear the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State did not raise any objection.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the period for appearance of the petitioner before the Director of Consolidation with the certified copy of the order dated 09.05.2016 is extended for two months from today. Accordingly, the order dated 09.05.2016 stands modified and this MJC is allowed.
