1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(i) For issuance of writ/writs in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to immediately open the lock of the government residential quarter which has been allotted in the name of husband of the petitioner, by the order of Executive Engineer, Public Health Division West Bhagalpur vide office order no30 dated 11.04.2017. (ii) For commanding the respondents to immediately provide Rs. One lac eighty six
Patna High Court CWJC No.17238 of 2022(2) dt.09-04-2024 2/2 thousand to the husband of the petitioner, which has been expend for the purpose of renovation of the allotted Govt. residential quarter of P.H.E.D.
(iii) For commanding the respondents to immediately pass an order in favour of the husband of the petitioner to reside with his family members in the said allotted Govt. Residential Quarter.
(iv) For Commanding the respondents to immediately provide the surety of the valuable goods which has been kept in the allotted Govt. Residential Quarter."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of her subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The present writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
