Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 20 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

300 grams of Ganja was allegedly recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 26.05.2019. Considering the fact that recovery of narcotic is of small quantity and investigation of the case is already complete against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62717 of 2019(2) dt.18-10-2019 2/2 pending in connection with Special Case No. 57 of 2019 arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 455 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
