1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for quashing the university letter dated 17.10.2012 and letter bearing dated 27.1.2016 by which the redressal cell of the Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara has upheld the order passed by the inspector of colleges Ara, bearing no.C/820/Estb/12 dated
Patna High Court CWJC No.8724 of 2016(3) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 17.10.2012. For a direction to the respondents to consider the appointment of the petitioner from the date of recommendation by the college service commission and for other reliefs.

Learned counsel for the University at the outset referring to the counter affidavit filed submits that the Authority has been constituted under the Bihar Anudanit Shikshan Sansthan Pradhikar Niyamawali, 2015 vide notification dated 19.5.2015 and all the issues raised by the petitioner in the instant application can be considered by the Authority concerned.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case of the parties, this application is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the 'Pradhikar' constituted under the above Rules of 2015. The petitioner will be at liberty to raise all the points raised in the instant writ application before the Authority concerned. After issuance of notice to all concerned, the Authority shall decide the same in accordance with law at the earliest.
5. With the above observations the writ petition stands disposed of.
