In this case, the petitioner has raised grievance that though she has been selected but having been not appointed on the post of Anganbari Sevika.

Let the petitioner file a complain before the District Programme Officer, Saran at Chapra, who is the first authority under the scheme to examine the grievance raised by the parties. If such a complain is filed, the District Programme Officer, shall examine the claim of the petitioner and try to dispose of the

If the petitioner would be aggrieved by the order of the District Programme Officer, she will also have liberty to file an appeal, which shall be considered by the appellate authority in accordance with law.
