2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jandaha (Mahisaur) P.S. Case No. 299 of 2025 for the offences registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. On getting secret information regarding transportation of illicit liquor in two four-wheeler vehicles, police party reached at marked place and intercepted the vehicles and arrested three accused persons including the petitioner who were sitting in Pick-up van bearing Registration No. BR31GC 0356. Three persons were arrested from XUV Car. On search of the vehicles, total 621 litre Indian made foreign liquor was recovered.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.60099 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor or the vehicle in question. He was not driving the vehicle. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. He had no knowledge about the seized liquor. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 13.07.2025. It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Sanoj Kumar has been granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 20.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56148 of 2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the trial.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties, facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1-cum- District & Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha (Mahisaur) P.S. Case No. 299 of 2025.
