One country made loaded Katta and eight live cartridges are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that one Mittal Paswan cousin brother of the petitioner had filed a complaint case against one Satish Paswan and others and on the basis of the said complaint case, Rahui P.S. Case no. 276/2015 was registered. It is further contended by him that accused Satish Paswan of the aforesaid case is a police constable and at his instance, present case was lodged. Moreover, para 3 of the petition reveals that except one Rahui P.S. Case no. 207/2015, there is no other criminal antecedent of the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 6.8.2015. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like
