The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No.132 of 2021 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 379, 498A, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is submitted that the petitioner is a daily wages labourer and his earning is in between Rs.7000/- to Rs.8000/- per month and he is ready to pay Rs.1500/- per month to the opposite party no.2 as her maintenance. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj (Basmatiya) P.S. Case No.132 of 2021 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Harish/- U T
