JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-07-2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the opposite parties that in compliance of the order of this Court dated 24.10.2019, passed in CWJC No. 18126 of 2013, the District Magistrate, Gopalganj had looked into the matter and thereafter, compensation, amounting to a sum of Rs. 6,69,725/- has been paid to the legal heirs of the original owner of the land in question, which has been used for construction of Upgraded Middle School, Larauli, hence, the order of this Court has stood complied with.

This Court finds that neither the petitioner is being represented by any counsel nor any rejoinder affidavit has been filed, rebutting the aforesaid aspect of the matter put forth by the
Patna High Court MJC No.2054 of 2022(4) dt.18-07-2025 2/2 opposite parties, hence there is no reason to disbelieve the contentions made on behalf of the opposite parties. 3.
Thus, this Court is satisfied that the order of this Court dated 24.10.2019 has stood complied with, hence the present contempt petition stands dismissed.
