2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to concerned respondents to regularize the services of petitioner with all consequential benefit, in view of the fact that similarly situated persons have already been regularized in the year 2004, but leaving aside the case of the petitioner, without any rhyme and reason, the case of the petitioner has not been considered.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in

Patna High Court CWJC No.13460 of 2023(2) dt.11-12-2024 2/2 this regard, petitioner has already filed a representation before the Registrar, B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur on 11.01.2023, vide Annexure '6' to the writ petition, but till date, no action has been taken on his representation.

4. Considering the nature of grievance, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application/representation before the Vice-Chancellor of the University or concerned respondent within a period of four weeks from today.

5. If such application is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent(s) shall examine the same and pass speaking order after hearing the parties in accordance with law.

6. With above observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
