The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore a writ petition, which stood dismissed long back on 23.08.2013 due to non-prosecution.

The present restoration petition was filed in the month of April, 2017. After such a long time, there is no reason to entertain the restoration petition.

The restoration petition stands dismissed.

It goes without saying since the main writ petition was not decided on merit, petitioner would be at liberty to file fresh writ petition, if so advised.
