2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 103(1), 61(2), 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. Informant suspects that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner committed the murder of son of informant, since they were not happy with inter-caste marriage of informant's son with their daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is not eye-witness to the occurrence and has raised only suspicion against petitioner and other family members. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and is in custody since 08.04.2025, having clean antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Masaurhi (Patna) in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 285 of 2025.
