2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved before this Court seeking regular bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No.25768 of 2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 18.04.2025.

4. The Court has gone through the order dated 18.04.2025 and after perusing the order is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of bail to the
