Petitioner is in jail custody since 14.08.2018 in a case registered under sections 341, 323, 307, 326 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased and deceased specifically stated in her fardbeyan that it was petitioner , who poured kerosene oil and lit fire on her body. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.
