JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 In the present case, the petitioner is challenging the order of cognizance dated 20th October 2009 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Patna for offences under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 63 and 65 of the Copyright Act. On information, a raid was conducted and found that the accused persons are engaged in manufacturing and selling the Dabur Dant Manjan illegally. When the Police party reached there, the accused persons fled away but those materials were seized. As no one is appearing in the present case and the Court has taken cognizance on the basis of materials available on record, this Court does not find any merit in the present case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
