This case has been listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" at the instance of opposite party nos. 2 and 3.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for opposite party nos. 3 and 4, that in the second last paragraph of order 02.07.2019, this court has directed that "in the meantime, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 2500/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 towards her maintenance and for maintenance of her son" but the same has inadvertently been recorded in the order as "the petitioner is directed to pay Rs.
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.494 of 2016(7) dt.23-07-2019 2/2 2500/- as lump sum amount to opposite party no. 2 for her maintenance and maintenance of her son".
Having perused the order dated 02.07.2019, from which it appears that learned counsel for opposite party nos. 2 and 3 is right in her submission.
In such view of the matter, let second last paragraph of order dated 02.07.2019 be read as " In the meantime, the petitioner is directed to pay Rs. 2500/- per month to the opposite party no. 2 towards her maintenance and for maintenance of her son."
Let a copy of this order be communicated to the concerned court below forthwith.
