This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.114 of 2009, registered for offences under Sections 326, 302, 120B/34 of the IPC.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks from today and avail the privilege of regular bail, nonetheless, seeks a direction upon the learned trial Court to consider and dispose off the petition, to be filed by petitioner, for grant of regular bail on the very
