The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Katra P.S. Case No. 68/15 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 120B of the I.P.C..

It is contended that specific allegation of assault by sword upon the head of the informant is on co-accused Phool Babu. So far the others are concerned there is general and omnibus allegation of assault, except Md. Noore who is stated to have assaulted upon Md. Yahsan.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1183 of 2016 (2) dt.22-01-2016 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely Md. Kalam and Md. Hafizul be released on bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in Katra P.S. Case No. 68/15, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000( Ten Thousand Rupees) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri S.K. Manjhi, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur subject to the conditions as laid down under sub-section(2) of Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dr. Ravi Ranjan, J) Spd/- U T
