2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with S.T. No. 529 of 2024 arising out of Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 436, 324, 326, 307 of the IPC.

3. As per allegation, some unknown miscreants committed arson in the house of the informant due to which informant's daughter namely Rajnandini Kumar, Bharti Kumari, Bhawna Kumari and his father have been seriously burnt.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64153 of 2024(2) dt.18-09-2024 2/2 has submitted further that he is not named in the FIR and except suspicion, there is nothing against him. He is under custody since 17.02.2024. He has also submitted that the father of the petitioner is Mukhiya of the village and this petitioner has falsely been implicated due to village politics.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J. IInd, Naugachya, Bhagalpur in connection with S.T. No. 529 of 2024 arising out of Gopalpur (Rangra) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
