ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-10-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 30.04.2019 in connection with Bettiah Town (Kalibag O.P.) P.S. Case No.341 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petitioner was apprehended with a motorcycle but he was wholly unaware of the said motorcycle was a stolen motorcycle. In fact, he had purchased the said old motorcycle on payment of Rs.4000/-. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall co-operate in any further investigation and shall present himself during the course of the trial.

P.S. Case No.341 of 2019.
