The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused Baijnath Das collected Rs. Five lacs per candidate and handed over the same to co-accused Chataranjan and co-accused K.K.Sharma for providing job. This petitioner is wife of co-accused K.K.Sharma.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that save & except the fact that petitioner is wife of co-accused K.K.Sharma, there is nothing against her. There is no allegation that she took money or gave assurance for providing job. Similarly situated co-accused Shahid Hajrat @ Shahid Alam has already been

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70334 of 2021(3) dt.21-07-2022 2/2 granted bail by this Court, vide order dated 14.07.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 52385 of 2021. Petitioner is an old aged lady, having no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as the fact that petitioner is lady and she has got clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Darbhanga in connection with Simri P.S.
