The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not interested in obtaining any land from the Housing Board, hence he may be granted liberty to approach the Managing Director, Bihar State Housing Board, Patna for the purposes of refund of the amount deposited by his mother. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Managing Director,

Patna High Court CWJC No.4065 of 2019(3) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 Bihar State Housing Board, Patna i.e. the respondent no. 2 by filing appropriate representation, within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed within four weeks, the same shall be disposed off by a reasoned and a speaking order, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.
