JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is named in the first information report but there is only allegation against him that he having entered into the house of informant made query about the mother of the informant. Later on, the informant's mother was taken away by co-accused Pawan Singh and Abhay Singh and dead body of the informant's mother was found on the Railway Track. Co-accused Pawan Singh and Abhay Singh have already been granted privilege of bail and having similar allegation, some co-accused have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail.

No doubt, petitioner could be remanded in this case on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1866 of 2016 (2) dt.21-01-2016 2/2 18.06.2015 but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 4th Additional Session Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Session Trial No. 582 of 2015 arising out of Chakia P.S.Case No. 154 of 2009.
