15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Uma Shankar Prasad Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. Two petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Bihariganj P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that it was a case of false implication. It has been argued that informant herself had burnt her for implicating the petitioners. In this case, earlier case diary was called for, which is on record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, case diary as

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.875 of 2016 (3) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 well as nature of accusation, I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail.

The petition stands dismissed.
