JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 02-01-2019 Considering the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party No. 3, particularly paragraphs 4,5,6 and 7 thereof, the Court is of th view that the order of the Court has already been complied with and as such there is no need to proceed any further.

However, in the event, the petitioner is aggrieved by error in calculation or non-consideration of any of his grievance, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the competent authority by filing representation within a period of one month.
