2. The present petition has been filed for the grant of following relief:

"for initiation of contempt proceeding against

Patna High Court MJC No.2539 of 2023(3) dt.06-05-2025 2/2 the contemnor/opposite parties for willful and deliberate non-compliance of the order dated 15.09.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Court in CWJC No. 21081 of 2021."

The show cause of the opposite party no.5 is on record according to it, all the three notices that were issued have been withdrawn with immediate effect under the signature of the Additional Collector-cum-Senior Certificate Officer, Madhubani vide memo no. 332 dated 24.08.2023 (Annexure-C) to the petition).

4. In that view of the matter, granting liberty to agitate, if any further development takes place, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
