The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged against the petitioner that she filed two writ applications before this Court for the same reliefs by making a false statement in each of the application that she has not moved before this Court at earlier point of time.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is an illiterate widow hence she could not apprehend the complication of executing Vakalatnama in favour of two lawyers. Considering the nature of accusation, let
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33790 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2 / 2 the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if she surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 773 of 2013 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Patna. With this observation, the application is disposed off.
