The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is a case of recovery of country made Mahua liquor. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to rivalry from the villagers. He further submits that thee is no recovery from the conscious or constructive possession of the petitioner and petitioner has not been apprehended at the spot. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned APP appearing for the State opposed the anticipatory bail.
