JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, petitioner shot at the grand son of the informant causing his death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Informant is not the eye witness of the occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.4.2020.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is specific allegation against the petitioner of causing death of grandson of informant by shooting.
