Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appeared on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 Rita Kumari. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1245C of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, the petitioner who is husband and other family members tortured the complainant as their demand of Rs. 2 lacs and a bullet motorcycle was not fulfilled. This Court has issued the notice to the complainant for exploring the possibility of restitution of conjugal rights but the complainant did not appear despite her mother has received the notice. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., V, Begusarai in connection with Complaint Case No. 1245C of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
