2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55124 of 2023.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 565 of 2023 arising out of Dawath P.S. Case No. 250 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that out of seven witnesses, four witnesses have been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 18.11.2022.

5. Considering the fact that the trial is in progressing and the fact that the petitioner has shot at the deceased, I am not
