Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State, Shri. Rabindra Kumar. 2.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are husband and wife.

It is further submitted that similarly situated coaccused Pawan Kumar had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 59237 of 2024 and the same was allowed by an order dated 9-9-2024, after considering
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63573 of 2024(3) dt.24-01-2025 2/2 the case in detail and on merits. It is next submitted that the case of the petitioners is also similar to that of Pawan Kumar, as it has been alleged that the petitioners had added their Aadhaar to accounts of dead persons. It is further submitted that no prudent person would use his own Aadhaar card for committing an occurrence and would create evidence against himself. 5.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Shakurabad P.S.Case No. 23 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
